Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker or parcel shop?
Not home for delivery? No problem. With us, you can flexibly choose your delivery address yourself, ensuring your package arrives safely.
We are happy to deliver your order to DHL Packstations or parcel shops. Simply select your desired delivery address during the ordering process and enter the required information correctly.
This way you can pick up your package exactly when it suits you best.
How long does shipping take?
Please note the delivery time indicated under "Delivery" in your shopping cart when placing your order.
As soon as your package has been packed and loaded at our logistics center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation. On this page, you can enter your order number at the top and click "Search." The current status of your package will then be displayed.

I haven't received a shipping confirmation – what now?
Please check your spam folder first. If you haven't received an email, please contact our customer service – we'll be happy to help.

Are you missing your package?
Oh no! We know how much you're looking forward to your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking link, allowing you to check the current location of your package at any time. Alternatively, you can enter your order number at the top of this page and click "Search." The current status of your package will then be displayed.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Did you only receive part of your order?
Don't worry – this can happen! Your shipping confirmation will show you exactly which items are in your package. If not all products from your order are listed there, the rest will simply be sent in a second package. You will, of course, receive another shipping confirmation by email.
Should an item exceptionally become unavailable, you will receive a separate cancellation notification. The amount for the cancelled item will be automatically credited to you.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package has been lost according to the tracking information, please contact our customer service. We will investigate the matter together with the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement or refund.
