How can I return an item?
Returns from the EU, Switzerland and the UK:
If you don't like an item or the size doesn't fit, you can easily return it to us free of charge.
Here's how it works:
- Simply use our online returns service on top of this page.
- Select the items and quantity you would like to return, and the return reason.
- You receive your return label in PDF format free of charge and can print it.
- Attach the return label to the parcel - please remove or cover the old shipping label.
- Drop off the parcel with the attached return label at a return location of your choice.
Returns from other countries:
Unfortunately, our returns service is not available outside of the EU, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Of course, you can always return items within 30 days after receiving your shipment.
To return items, please follow these steps:
- Purchase a return label from your local shipping provider.
- Attach the return label to the parcel - please remove or cover the old shipping label.
- Drop off the parcel with the attached return label at a return location of your choice.
How does an exchange work?
Do you want to exchange an item?
No problem – even though we don't offer a direct exchange, you can proceed very simply:
Simply reorder the desired item in the correct size or color via our website.
You can return the item you do not wish to keep to us as usual.

How long will my refund take?
Don't worry – as soon as your return arrives, you will of course receive your refund. This usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the payment provider.
We always refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If this is not possible for technical reasons (e.g., for payments made more than 180 days ago), we will contact you and transfer the amount to a bank account you specify.
Please note: It may take a few days between the time your return arrives at our warehouse according to the tracking information and its processing in our logistics department. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email from us with your credit note.
How do I return an item?

We're sorry – sometimes a product is faulty or defective. Of course, you can simply return the item to us in this case. We will then take care of the claim with the manufacturer.
Depending on your preference, you will either receive a voucher for the amount or we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
Within the 30-day return period:
Simply use our returns service above for a free return and conveniently download your return label there.
Outside the 30-day return period:
Your satisfaction is our top priority – and we want you to enjoy your Running-Point products for a long time. Should something not be right, we'll make the complaint process as easy as possible for you.

Why report it before you return the item?
In order to process your complaint quickly and correctly, we need some information in advance:
Please fill out the form completely.
Please upload or attach photos of the defective item – this will greatly help our colleagues with their review.
Important : We regret that we cannot process returns sent without prior consultation or without a completed form. In such cases, we will have to return the shipment to you – this may incur additional costs.
Here's what to do after filling it out:
- Download the form and fill it out completely.
- Please send us the form digitally in advance (as described in the document).
- Then return the item to us well packaged, together with the printed form.
- We will then ensure a quick processing and keep you updated via email.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we give you even more time with our 30-day money-back guarantee. You can therefore cancel your order at your leisure within 30 days – for example, by email, letter, or fax.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please note the following:
The 30-day period begins on the day you (or a person designated by you) received the last item. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your return to us in time – the date on the receipt is decisive.

In order for us to fully refund the purchase price, the goods should arrive in their original packaging, complete, unused (in the case of new goods) and undamaged.

Of course, your statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected – if an item was already defective upon delivery, you can still assert these rights as normal.
